Description:Eaton Intermediate School District is one of 57 ISD’s in Michigan. The EISD was established in 1963 to provide support services to K-12 districts of Charlotte, Eaton Rapids, Grand Ledge, Maple Valley, Potterville, K-8 district of Strange, and Island City Academy. EISD employs 180 extremely qualified, capable, and creative individuals providing a variety of services for local school districts in Eaton County.
Services include vocational education programs, employment and training opportunities, special education and support services, a variety of general education opportunities for students and teachers, and a series of programs promoting healthy lifestyles.
