Description:Newaygo County RESA serves the six local school districts within our county covering 864 square miles. There were nearly 8,600 K-12 students and nearly 200 non-public students in 2010-11. Newaygo County RESA operates a comprehensive Career-Technical Center which serves 700 students from our constituent districts and neighboring districts. Newaygo County RESA also operates special education services to nearly 1,400 students within our county and our pre-school program services over 500 students. As an essential partner of our local districts, NC RESA also provides instructional leadership and services in school improvement planning as well as serving as a model for collaborative services.
