Description:Sanilac ISD serves seven Sanilac County K-12 school districts covering an area of approximately 1,000 square miles. There is a combined K-12 student population of 8,248. Sanilac ISD offers programs and services in center-based and consultative special education, a county cooperative career center providing 13 certified career-technical preparation programs and leadership in the areas of educational technology. It also provides general education programs and services, including a secondary math/science center, ongoing elementary science curriculum support, professional development, talent development programs and school improvement support. The Sanilac ISD also assists local districts with grant writing, meeting legislative and MDE requirements and pupil accounting services.
