Personal Curriculum ActPoint™ decision tool
The ActPoint™ Personal Curriculum Roadmap gives intermediate and local school districts access to an that helps streamline and standardize the process for allowing high school students a Personal Curriculum. The easy-to-use online “decision tool” walks parents, students, counselors and other stakeholders through questions determined by up-to-date legal and regulatory guidance for the PC and leads to an “action point” appropriate to each student.
Developed jointly by ActPoint and the MDE, the tool ensures the guidance is reliable and up-to-date with the most current laws and regulatory guidance. Thanks to MAISA support, ISDs and local districts can use the tool an unlimited number of times through the 2009-10 school year. Login information has been sent to districts and ongoing support for LEA users has been underway.
