ISD Superintendent's Early Childhood Summit
The 2024 ISD Superintendent's Early Childhood Summit will occur on October 10, 2024!
Attendees will have two options for participation at either of the following two sites:
Southern Site: Eagle Eye Golf Club's Lakepoint Room, 15500 Chandler Rd, Bath Township, MI 48808
Northern Site: Northern Center, 1401 Presque Isle Ave, Marquette, MI 49855
Agenda:
Networking breakfast and coffee: 8:00 am - 9:00 am
Summit: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (on-site lunch provided)
Purpose: At this summit, we will explore these critical questions:
What is the role of Michigan's ISD's in the state's early childhood ecosystem?
Are we telling our ISD's story of early childhood effectively?
How can we strengthen partnerships with our state agencies, local communities, and other stakeholders to offer our families with children 0-5 the highest quality programs and services?
Intended Audience:
ISD leaders
Early Childhood Leaders and ECAN Members;
Instructional Leaders and GELN Members;
Special Education Leaders and SEILN Members; and
ISD Communicators and/or Staff that support spreading awareness of Head Start/GSRP
